today is a very unlucky day for me....first early in the morning while in the bus on my way to sch i realised i forgot to brn my goggle for my machtech....fortunately the teacher allowed me to borrow a pair of goggle...then while my last lesson is abt to end samuel smsed me that he wun going ac with me....in the end i went ac alone and felt like an alien...today those leaders from ac wanted us to run the resevoir one round which is abt 5 km...stamina is not very gd...n lack of training made me suffer....nd to train my stamina....when i was juz started to run my shoe sole came out....that shoe cost me 110 and only lasted for 2 years....felt embarrased...threw it near and stood and collected it when i completed my running....when finally completed one round one of the leader punished us for not running as a group but actually hes punishing those who ran slowly than him....did 50 plus push-ups.....a lot of ppl were complaining......had to do as i dun wish to quit halfway again...no matter how tough is it i will continue....some ppl left after being " punished ".....but this is juz the beginning the next thing they asked us to do is push-ups jumping jets crunch up and a move they called superman which nd one to lie on the floor with the chest on the floor and raise ur legs up without bending ur knee and swing ur arms towards behind and front continuosly.....on the way i kept hiding my shoe sole and collected it when no one is ard....my shorts were dirted by the mud when doing the push ups punishment.....reached home abt ten plus....had a bath....guess cant do my revision....today is really a day of series of unfortunate....hope tml is a better day for me....
