today is the 3rd day i came back from cambodia for ocp 2009. Compared to last year's trip, this year trip is more enjoyable and unforgettable...enjoyable because i had to chance to interact with the kids more compared to last year...becoz i was working at their training center last year while this year i was working at hope village...so i had more opportunities to see the kids..say hello to them..during cultural night i enjoyed more than last year..playing with vimol..after work i will play with sophea....and also this time mr andy kwek gave us more freedom so we can go anywhere we like during our staying at phnom phmn...unforgettable becoz i went to places where i nv went last year...like the palace at the capital...beautiful structure...
however the teams this year were not as harmony as last year's team...maybe becoz this year the number is larger...and maybe its more difficult for a larger number of ppl to remain harmony...internal politics circled within the team...i dun wish to point fingers at anyone but i personally think its the leader's responsibility to unite the team...instead of helping her friends when conflict happens...thats why i dun like cui wen as a leader...she is a gd person...a gd friend..when someone is not feeling well she will show her concern..but when it comes to leadership and working as a team i think she still has much to learn...
now i'm back...spore...a fast paced city..unlike the simple life the villagers live in cambodia...hopefully i can find a job asap...i hope to work under a sports wear brand...simply becoz i like sports...and i will enjoy promoting what i like to the customer...i am tired to sell things i myself dun lie...i dun have excellant promoting skills...so thats the reason i hope to find a job selling things i like...everlast converse nike adidas these brands hopefully can enter any one of them...
hopefully i can meet yixuan soon..now shes working at fcuk...dunno when she have the time..i got a braclet with her name sewed on it...hope she will like it...
